Each item is printed on demand after your order is placed, which means we do not keep inventory or resell returned items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A photo of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged
Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
Wrong Size Ordered
Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. Since each item is custom printed after purchase, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for orders marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing. Please check with your local post office, delivery carrier, neighbors, or household members first.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Cancellations
